HI, I’M CINNA
THRESHOLDWALKER
SEEKER
GUIDE
I am fascinated with liminal spaces— mine, yours, nature’s, humanity’s…
The space between where you’ve been and where you’re going, when you are not who you once were and not quite yet who you will become.
I have had my share of ruptures, when something has to completely end before the new can begin…divorce, infertility, walking away from identities that no longer fit, spiritual awakenings, major belief system overhauls…these aren’t gentle nudges — these are upheavals!
I believe these are deeply rich and sacred spaces to draw clarity and wisdom from. I strive to live my life in reverent recognition and celebration of these transformational phases, and I take immense joy in empowering others to do the same.
I am a certified End of Life Doula and Conscious Dying Coach. I have studied the teachings of Buddhism, Taoism, and so many more, dabbled in Human Design and Gene Keys, explored healing modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, plant medicine journeys, meditation, and more.
My philosophy: there’s always a perspective available to you that will liberate you from whatever particular flavor of suffering you are experiencing. You have to be willing to stop clinging to the suffering first in order to see it, but once you do, transformation always follows.
WORK WITH CINNA
Someone once referred to me as a “Spiritual Dominatrix.”
My approach is improvisational, intuitive, and occasionally when called for — penetrating. Together we will cut through the noise and come face to face with what’s really laying beneath the narrative that has immobilized you. Thresholds I have worked with include death of a loved one, suicide, chronic illness, infertility, existential crisis, loss of identity, and more. The details may look different but the work is the same — we will deconstruct your beliefs, identify your blocks, find the liberating perspective, and integrate the new mindset that will set you free.
What would life feel like if we celebrated all the transitions, honored them as the pillars with which we stand upon in those few and precious moments of true clarity?
Would we be able to see our whole life experience as honorable? Even the messy parts?
I say Yes.
